What materials can you CNC machine?

FSD Precision machines aluminum, stainless steel, carbon and alloy steels, brass, copper and engineering plastics such as POM, PEEK, Nylon, PTFE and PC. Final material availability is reviewed according to the drawing and project requirements.

Do you support prototypes and low-volume CNC production?

Yes. CNC machining can be used for prototypes, low-volume production and repeat manufacturing. The recommended process depends on part geometry, material, tolerance requirements and order quantity.

What tolerances can you achieve?

Tolerance capability depends on material, part geometry, feature size, datum strategy and inspection method. Critical tolerances should be clearly identified on the 2D drawing for engineering review.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STEP, STP, IGES, X_T, DWG, DXF and PDF files for quotation and engineering review. A 3D model together with a 2D drawing is recommended when the project includes critical tolerances or special inspection requirements.

Do you provide surface finishing for CNC machined parts?

Yes. Available finishing may include anodizing, hard anodizing, sandblasting, powder coating, plating, polishing and black oxide depending on the material and project requirements.
